Up in Smoke BBQ
This restaurant is offering made from scratch sauces and rubs and serves Angus beef, all from cattle in Iowa. They even brine and smoke their own salmon. This family friendly diner style restaurant opened in 2022.
Midnight Smoker BBQ
This father daughter duo was started by Greg Stoll and serves up pulled pork and beef brisket daily, plus sides like mac and cheese, potato salad, and Carolina cole slaw. Rotating items on the menu include Carolina baked beans, bacon wrapped pepper poppers, ribs, chicken thighs, and beef ribs.
Barrel House Pub
Barrel House franchise opened in Cedar Rapids in early 2022 and offers signature sauces, gourmet burgers, plus catering and fun events.
BlueBird Cafe
The popular Bluebird Cafe opened a second restaurant in 2022 and offers all-day breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. French dip, sandwiches and homemade hollandaise sauce, sausage patties and sausage gravy are the highlights.

Moski's BBQ
This popular catering foodtruck is now a restaurant run by a couple who previously competed in barbeque competitions. The menu includes pulled pork, pulled chicken, chopped brisket, a BBQ Sundae and sides like smoked mac & cheese, jalapeno corn, and banana pudding.
