El Ching on Philly - El Ching was launched by Chef Aparicio to bring the provinces of Mexico to Philadelphia. Chingon translates to someone or something cool, awesome, very good. Grace & Proper - This Portugeuese inspired vintage Eurobar opened in November of this year in a gorgeously renovated corner store that dates to 1920.
